It's all about British-made and bamboo fabric for Ginger & Jardine

Suffolk-based Ginger & Jardine has forged an excellent reputation for its range of iconic checked rolled necks, which take a country twist on the tattersall shirt, all crafted from bamboo fabric. Founder, Lynne Jardine, set out to create comfortable clothing for all country pursuits with a focus on durability and style. These values still hold true today.

All Ginger & Jardine pieces are designed in-house, and have been carefully constructed for additional comfort, including not adding a label in the back-neck to avoid irritation. The pieces have also been designed to be longer than many high street brands, so there’s no worry about your shirt coming untucked when mounting the gun or picking up birds.

As well as looking good, Ginger & Jardine also use ethical fabrics that do not drain natural resources, and found their answer in bamboo-based fabrics that offer a wide variety of benefits for country, active, outdoorsy women, including:

  • Breathable
  • Moisture wicking
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Thermoregulating
  • Antibacterial
  • Durable
  • Silky, soft touch

A rolled-neck top is the perfect addition to your winter wardrobe, pair with a gilet or tuck under a field coat.
