We have extended our returns window for items purchased between 1st November 2018 and 25th December 2018 - these items can be returned at any point up to the 25th January 2019.
This should help if someone has been super-organised and done their Christmas shopping in November, but you don't receive it until Christmas, and it doesn't fit! This should be read in conjunction with the rest of the returns policy (see below) - this is just to provide a longer window over the festive period.
Delivery and Postage
Postage for orders over £50 is free, and costs £1.95 for orders under £50.
All items will be sent out on a 48 hour service (tracked for orders over £50). We hope to start to offer next day once we find our feet a bit! If you have items that you need urgently, drop us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or on Facebook Messenger (which pops up on the website) and we'll do our best to help out.
Items may be sent in branded postal bags (waterproof) - if you need it to be more discreet (if it's a present, for example), please put a note on and we'll send it as anonymously as we can. All of this cloak and dagger business is really quite fun, and we love it when you choose us to send someone special, something special!
We want you to be delighted with your items!
We have a free 30 day returns policy for refund or replacement of non-sale items.
We understand that sometimes you might buy something that looks gorgeous on the pictures, but when you try it on, it just doesn’t work with your body shape, or the rest of your outfit.
We try to prevent this happening, by putting as much information on each item as we can, but sometimes this may not be enough to check if the length is exactly how you want it, or if the colour match is perfect.
If you aren’t thrilled with your new purchases, then you can return them to us unworn (trying them on is obviously ok!), unaltered, free from damage, with labels attached, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will give you a replacement (where we have stock) or refund – just let us know which you’d prefer.
To return non-sale items, email us on email@example.com and we'll send a label for you to print by email. (If you don't have a label printer, don't worry - print it on normal paper and tape it to the box using clear tape, and it should be fine).
For sale items, we do not cover the cost of postage to return items - this is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring any returns, as we can't refund them until they arrive safely back with us.
